Hey! I’m Marcel, I Started This Blog Somewhere In 2023

In the enchanting waters of Pattaya, Thailand, my diving journey began. The Open Water Diver course unlocked a world of wonder I had never known before. As I descended into the deep, a profound realization washed over me – this was not just a hobby; it was my life’s calling.

Back in Switzerland, I diligently prepared to kickstart my new career as an advanced diver. This involved becoming proficient in dry suits and mastering advanced techniques like “Advanced Nitrox and Deco Procedure.”
I returned to Pattaya to pursue my Divemaster and Instructor courses and later completed my PADI Instructor Exam in Phuket.
Freshly graduated as an instructor, I spent a year working at a dive shop in Thun, Switzerland.
The Maldives were calling, and I felt truly honored to become a part of the instructor team at EURODIVERS on the breathtaking island of Meeru.
After my daughter’s arrival, I relocated with my family to Bali, where I had the pleasure of managing the dive center at ORCA Diveclub Lovina.
